The State of Rhode Island Workers' Compensation is insurance that provides cash benefits and/or medical care for workers who are injured or become ill as a direct result of their job.

If you are a Rhode Island resident and are injured at work, you are entitled to financial compensation from your employer's insurance provider ...and it's the Law!

There is no need for you to contact anyone after you call us. We will see that your employer (and its insurance company) is contacted to have you put on immediate benefits.  If necessary, a petition may be filed on your behalf with the Rhode island Workers’ Compensation Court so that you may obtain those benefits.

Rhode Island Workers' Compensation (often known as "workers' comp" in Rhode Island) is a form of no-fault insurance that provides wage replacement and medical benefits for employees who are injured in the course of employment. The RI Workers' Compensation Organization is designed to provide assistance to employees injured at work for medical expenses and lost wages.
